We review your numbers
Which numbers you have, where they are hosted today and which ones should move. Main numbers, direct numbers and fax numbers nobody uses any more.
The fear of a silent phone line holds many businesses back from switching. We set everything up and test it before moving a single number, and keep the old system running until the new one answers.
Your current carrier sets the lead time. We can confirm it once we have reviewed your numbers.
Which numbers you have, where they are hosted today and which ones should move. Main numbers, direct numbers and fax numbers nobody uses any more.
Queues, opening hours, availability rules and receptionists are set up in the new phone system while the old one keeps taking calls. Nothing is live yet.
Call a temporary number and test every path: the queue, receptionist, voicemail and callback. Anything that does not sound right is adjusted here.
Your numbers move on a date you choose. The changeover is brief, and the old system stays in place until the new one has proved it can answer.
A number belongs to you, not your carrier. Moving it is called porting: you order the move from your new provider, who requests the number from your old one. You do not need to cancel first, but check your existing contract term: moving the number does not end that commitment.
Each number can have its own starting point in the phone system. Your main number goes to reception, your support number goes straight to a queue, and an old number printed in a brochure can play its own message.
