Your address.
Your relationship.
Use the mailbox you already have. Recipients see you as the sender, and you approve the connection with your email provider.
YOUR EXISTING MAILBOXPersonal when you send. Thoughtful behind the scenes. Qlave Mail is being developed for email from your own mailbox, with protected storage and a history you can follow.
Let’s take the next step.
An email carries more than a message. It carries your name, your content and your recipient’s trust.
Qlave Mail is being developed to bring those things together. Work in a shared app, keep your existing email service and get a clearer view of what happens before and after you send.
Use the mailbox you already have. Recipients see you as the sender, and you approve the connection with your email provider.
YOUR EXISTING MAILBOXEmail content, attachments and archive copies are encrypted in the app’s storage, with a separate key for each organisation.
ENCRYPTION PER ORGANISATIONFollow the path from queue to handover. Events are recorded so you can see the sending status and understand when something needs attention.

For protected messages and files there is Send securely, an integration between Qlave Mail and Qrona’s Secure File Sharing. The recipient verifies their identity with BankID, a one-time code or a personal link before the content is shown.
Requires Qrona with the Secure File Sharing package.
How Send securely worksQlave Mail is Qlave’s new app, currently in development, for sending email from your own mailbox. It brings together message preparation, encrypted storage and a record of sending activity.
No. The approach uses your existing mailbox. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are the first integrations. Your address remains the sender.
It involves several things: who can send, how content is stored and how sending activity can be followed. Encrypted storage in Qlave Mail does not automatically make a regular email end-to-end encrypted.
You choose Secure message when you write. The message and attachments are stored in Qrona’s Secure File Sharing, and the recipient gets an invitation from your address with a personal link. The content is shown only once the recipient has verified their identity with BankID, a one-time code or a personal link. The feature requires Qrona with the Secure File Sharing package.
